Stray Kids, Wins 1st Place at Oricon in Japan!

Stray Kids topped the Oricon chart with their second mini-album in Japan and proved their popularity.

Stray Kids' second mini-album "CIRCUS" (Circus), officially released in Japan on June 22, recorded 97,084 points and topped the Oricon daily album chart on June 21.

The new album "Circus" includes six songs, including the title song of the same name, new songs such as "Fairtail" and "Your Eyes," and the title song "MANIAC," the album that topped the U.S. Billboard's main chart "Billboard 200." "Circus" was written and composed by 3RACHA, a producing team in the group consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han.

JYP Entertainment pre-released the Japanese version of "Maniac" on the 18th of last month before the release of Stray Kids' new album in Japan, and topped the Japanese Line Music Real-Time Song Top 100 chart and Line Music K-pop chart the next morning.

The track "Your Eyes" also topped the Japanese Line Music Daily Song Top 100 chart on June 3 after pre-release, and topped the weekly Song Top 100 chart for five consecutive days until the 7th, signaling a popularity.

Recently, Stray Kids successfully held a concert in Japan as part of their second world tour "Stray Kids 2nd World Tour "MANIAC" (Stray Kids' second world tour "Maniac"). They will hold a total of six performances, including a performance in Kobe from June 11th to 12th, and a performance in Tokyo from July 26th to 27th, all of which were sold out five minutes after the opening of general reservations, confirming the enthusiastic support of local fans.

In addition, on the 22nd, the "MANIAC" music video surpassed 100 million views on YouTube, and as a result, Stray Kids ranked a total of six music videos in the hundreds of millions of views among the "4th generation of K-pop male groups."

Meanwhile, Stray Kids' world tour will be held from April 29th to May 1st in Seoul, June 11th to 12th in Kobe, June 18th to 19th in Tokyo, 28th to 29th (local time) in Newark, July 1st in Chicago, 6th in Fort Worth, 9th to 10th in Los Angeles, 14th to 15th, and 11th to 20th in Tokyo.
